By the editors · 2 min readGinger sparks against basil and grapefruit in the opening, a bright, slightly soapy lift with a peppery green snap. There is an immediate sense of damp leaves and citrus zest.
Violet leaf and mimosa cool the heart into a green-floral interior, with rose adding a soft pink rounding. The composition reads almost aquatic at this stage, the green florals and citrus suggesting a clear pond rather than petals.
The base is an earthy chypre construction: oakmoss, vetiver, tonka, benzoin, cashmeran, and patchouli, lending a soft rooty-mossy depth with a velvety synthetic-wood finish. The overall character is a fresh green chypre with a soft musky woody dryout, polished and quietly sophisticated.
