Abelha Rainha
Abelha Rainha — Portuguese for 'queen bee' — is a Brazilian cosmetics and perfumery company headquartered in Goiânia, in the country's Centro-Oeste region, and one of the largest catalogue-sales beauty operators in that part of the country. Its perfumery output sits alongside skincare, makeup and haircare, all distributed primarily through a network of independent consultants in the door-to-door tradition still strong in Brazilian beauty retail. Fragrance releases lean into the gourmand and tropical-floral registers favoured by Brazilian consumers, with eau de parfum and body splash formats produced for both women and men. Pricing is unambiguously mass-market, and the brand competes locally with Boticário, Natura and Jequiti rather than with imported designer lines.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
