Adopt
Quality fragrances accessible to every woman.
Adopt is a French perfumery and beauty chain that began life as Réserve Naturelle, an independent retailer founded in the 1980s between Grasse and Bordeaux, and rebranded under its current name in 2014. The house manufactures its own fragrances and skincare and sells them almost exclusively through its own retail network of more than two hundred stores in France, the French overseas territories and a handful of European markets. The fragrance catalog is wide and frequently refreshed: more than a hundred eaux de parfum spanning fruity, floral, woody and chypre families, sold at prices well below department-store mainstream. Production stays in France, formulas are credited as the work of in-house perfumers based near Grasse, and the brand has leaned increasingly into vegan and sustainability claims since the rebrand. A jewelry line and seasonal collaborations round out the offer.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
