Air-Val International is a family-run Spanish perfumery group founded in 1979 in Barcelona, specialising in licensed character and sport fragrances. With the 1981 release of Lady Minnie and Dandy Mickey it became one of the first companies to take children's perfumery seriously as a category, and that segment has remained the heart of the business. Its portfolio of licences runs to more than two hundred fragrances and includes long-standing partnerships with Disney, Mattel, Marvel, Nickelodeon, The Simpsons and Real Madrid, alongside a smaller line of in-house adult brands. Production is concentrated in Spain. Air-Val suits gift-buyers and parents looking for a first scent tied to a film, character or club — the company's central craft is translating familiar imagery into safe, age-appropriate juice rather than chasing perfumery acclaim.
