Raluca Vasile is the only Romanian perfumer certified to the New Luxury Code standards by the Perfumery Art School UK and the International Perfume Foundation, a credential that reflects her training arc: classical courses in London, Grasse, Milan, and Qatar, with additional work in multi-sensory design in Seattle. She founded All Your Personal Aroma in Bucharest in 2016 as a natural perfumery atelier built on rare organic essences and blended according to the Grasse method, integrating Eastern, African, and Asian aromatic materials alongside European botanical tradition. The house operates from a Bucharest studio as both a ready-to-wear line and a bespoke perfumery service, a combination that reflects Vasile's positioning as a sensory branding consultant as well as a composer. The work is emphatically naturals-based and small-batch, with compositions that tend toward complexity rather than accessibility — a deliberate counter-position to the clean-simplicity trend that has dominated the accessible end of the Romanian market.
