Alysonoldoini
Italian nobility, French perfumery.
ALYSONOLDOINI was founded in 2013 by Alyson Oldoini, a titled noble from the ancient Genoese Marquis family originally from La Spezia in Liguria whose name appears in the Italian golden book of nobility. Raised at the family villa and now based at Lake Como, Oldoini brought the house into being through a collaboration with French perfumer Benoist Lapouza, whom she met in Paris; the first eight eaux de parfum emerged from two years of close creative exchange between the two. The brand positions itself at the intersection of Italian aristocratic sensibility and French perfumery craftsmanship, with each fragrance conceived as a richly narrative object built from precious raw materials. The compositions are emotionally charged and deliberately refined, echoing the heritage of both countries without relying on obvious Italian or French tropes. Subsequent collections have drawn in additional distinguished noses, broadening the palette while maintaining the house's commitment to prestige ingredients and storytelling ambition.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
