Amaranthvs
Tuscan extrait perfumery with its own raw-material garden near Siena.
Amaranthvs is a Sienese extrait de parfum house that began with the launch of Terrae di Siena in 2017, a debut composed by Vincent Gambino and Simone Andreoli that immediately announced an uncommonly material-centric sensibility. The house operates from a perfumer's garden set five hundred metres above sea level on the mineral-red hills surrounding Siena, where cultivations of Tuscan Iris, Saffron, Labdanum, heirloom Citrus varieties, and multiple Rose species grow in soil shaped by the region's geological character. This farm-to-fragrance lineage is not merely narrative: raw materials extracted in the house's own laboratory feed directly into formulations. Concentrations across the range run from twenty-six to forty percent natural essence content, placing every release firmly in extrait territory. Retail stores in Florence and Siena serve local clientele, while a growing international network carries its meticulously crafted bottles to collectors who seek perfumery grounded in specific, verifiable place and plant.
