Angela Ciampagna
Hand-numbered artisan perfumery from Abruzzo.
Angela Ciampagna is an artisanal Italian perfumery house founded in 2010 by Angela and Enrico Ciampagna in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. The husband-and-wife team produces fragrances in strictly limited, hand-numbered batches, treating each bottle as an individual object rather than a unit of mass production. Angela serves as perfumer and creative director, drawing on the Abruzzo landscape — the Gran Sasso massif, wildflower meadows, and Adriatic breezes — for raw material inspiration and compositional direction. The house's catalogue includes releases such as Hatria and Vestina, which reference historical and geographic anchors of the Abruzzo region, creating an unusually specific sense of Italian terroir. Bottles are elegantly produced and numbered individually, reinforcing the artisanal positioning. Angela Ciampagna distributes through a small selection of specialist niche retailers in Italy and internationally, maintaining the small-batch philosophy across every part of the business. The house stands as a genuine example of Italian artisan perfumery at its most personal and place-rooted.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
