Aurora Scents
Aurora Scents is a Dubai-based perfume house operating in the international middle-market segment, releasing oriental and gourmand compositions inspired by the dominant accords of mainstream luxury but at accessible price points. Despite its modest visibility outside the Gulf, the line has quietly engaged some of the busiest names in commercial perfumery — Dominique Ropion, Alberto Morillas, Arturetto Landi and Grégoire Balleydier among them. The collections — Romance, Imperial, Noir — are largely composed around oud, rose, saffron, vanilla and amber, packaged in heavy moulded glass with metallic detailing. Distribution runs through online retailers and a network of regional partners across the Middle East and South Asia, rather than traditional luxury department stores. The brand sits in an awkward but commercially useful gap between Western designer perfumery and traditional Khaleeji attars, borrowing from both.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
