Avgerinos Cosmetics was founded in October 2013 in Koropi, Attica, by Christina Avgerinos, a pharmacist whose father Nikos had operated a pharmacy and natural cosmetics laboratory in the town since 1973. Growing up helping her father in the lab and learning to appreciate the power of natural ingredients, Christina pursued her own pharmacist's degree — graduating in 2000 — before launching the brand that bears the family name.
