Baby Phat
Fashionable fragrance with attitude.
Baby Phat is an American fashion brand founded in 1999 by Kimora Lee Simmons as the women's offshoot of Phat Farm, with Russell Simmons as co-founder. The brand built its identity around hip-hop luxury aesthetics — the gold cat logo, glamorous street style, and unapologetic femininity — before extending into fragrance with releases that channeled the same bold energy. Perfumer Jean-Claude Delville contributed to the fragrance line, which includes releases like Baby Phat Goddess and Baby Phat Feline. Under Kellwood Company ownership the brand reached mass retail, finding its audience among consumers who want fashion-inflected fragrance at accessible price points. A contemporary revival has brought the brand back to retail with renewed cultural relevance.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
