ByBozo
For my grandfather, from Paris.
ByBozo is a Parisian niche fragrance house founded in 2020 by Khalil Hamoudi, created as an explicit tribute to his grandfather, affectionately nicknamed Bozo. The brand brings together Hamoudi's North African family heritage and his Parisian upbringing, using fragrance as a vehicle for memory, emotional connection, and cross-cultural identity. Perfumers Paul Emilien and Marzia Tissino realise the compositions, translating Hamoudi's deeply personal olfactory references — the warmth of a grandparent's home, the spices of a kitchen, a particular sunlit afternoon — into structured, wearable niche fragrances. ByBozo represents a strand of contemporary Parisian niche that has emerged from diverse immigrant communities: personal, emotionally frank, and unafraid to situate fragrance within lived family experience rather than abstract luxury mythology.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
