Café De Parfum
Coffee culture translated into fragrance.
Café De Parfum is a Thai niche fragrance house founded in Bangkok in 2017 by Chaiyoot Chulphongsathorn. The brand's central conceit is the sensory ritual of specialty coffee — not as a marketing angle but as a genuine structural guide for composition. Perfumer Saruj Tangtaratorn translates roasted, green, and milky coffee registers into layered eau de parfums that coexist with citrus, leather, and warm spice accords. The house approaches fragrance with the same attention to provenance and process that drives the specialty coffee industry: sourcing, extraction technique, and finish all matter. The Bangkok origin brings a Southeast Asian dimension to the concept — local florals and tropical resins occasionally appear alongside the expected coffeehouse notes. Café De Parfum remains a micro-house with limited international distribution, sold primarily through concept stores and specialty fragrance boutiques in Asia. Its work represents a thoughtful intersection of local culture and global niche sensibilities.
