CnR Create
CnR Create is a small Austrian niche perfumery built around an unusual conceit: a fragrance for every astrological sign. The first women's collection of twelve scents launched in 2008, with a corresponding men's series following in 2010 and the more concentrated Galaxy line of extraits arriving in late 2011 in 30 ml flacons. The project pairs in-house astrological work by Robert Boehm — who develops a character profile for each sign — with the perfumery of Olivier Funel, a French nose from a long line of perfumery practitioners. The result is a collection that markets less on raw materials than on temperament: each fragrance is intended to fit the dispositions associated with its sign. Distribution is small and largely European, sold through specialist retailers and the brand's own channels.
