Daniel Josier
Daniel Josier is the eponymous label of a Spanish perfumer of the same name, who began his industry career in 1997 with Haarmann & Reimer (now Symrise) before working for Iberchem and Expressions Parfumées, supplying compositions to clients including Puig, Yves Rocher, and L'Occitane. He launched his own atelier, L'Atelier del Perfume, around 2009, and the Daniel Josier line followed as a personal release vehicle. The range — Le Musk, Green Leather, Josune, and others — favours floral woody musks and leather chypres pitched between mainstream familiarity and niche detail. The brand draws on Josier's two-decade fluency in commercial perfumery rather than a manifesto-driven artistic position, and is distributed through Spanish and European specialty retail.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
