Dries Van Noten
Dries van Noten's fashion aesthetic rendered in fragrance.
Dries Van Noten launched its fragrance collection in 2022, translating over three decades of the Belgian designer's fashion vision into perfumery in collaboration with Puig. Van Noten, who built his Antwerp-rooted fashion house on ornate textile patterning, cultural eclecticism, and a refusal of minimalism, brought those same values to his fragrance program: compositions are layered, materially rich, and resistant to easy categorization. Working with an exceptional roster of perfumers—Daniela Andrier, Quentin Bisch, Annick Menardo, Fanny Bal, and Marie Salamagne—the collection spans diverse olfactory territories while maintaining a coherent artistic sensibility. Fragrances such as Saffron, Pomelo, Oud, and Trance speak to van Noten's longstanding attraction to spices, aged materials, and cultural hybridity. The house appeals to fashion-forward consumers and fragrance collectors who recognize van Noten's creative legacy and seek olfactory work that matches the ambition of his runway output.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
