En Voyage Perfumes
Every scent is a journey.
En Voyage Perfumes is a small American indie house run from Northern California by perfumer Shelley Waddington, who composes, blends, bottles, and packages every release herself from her West Coast studio. Waddington taught music for a decade before turning to perfumery, mostly self-taught, and later studied at Galimard in Grasse to formalise her grounding in classical structure. The line is unhurried, with a strong narrative streak — fragrances written around literary references, jazz-era nostalgia, California flora, and naturals-forward compositions of jasmine, vetiver, oakmoss, and resins. Releases such as Vents Ardents, Captured in Amber, Zelda, and Fiore di Bellagio have drawn awards from the indie-perfumery festival circuit and a steady following among collectors. It suits wearers who want hand-made American perfumery in the West Coast school — closer to Mandy Aftel or DSH than to mainstream niche — and who don't mind small-batch availability.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
