Fruits & Passion
Fruits & Passion was founded in Quebec in 1992 by Jean Hurteau, France Ménard, and Guy Hurteau as a body care brand defined by its integration of fruity fragrance and natural ingredients into affordable, environmentally responsible personal care products. The company emerged from the conviction that quality body and home care — formulated with botanical extracts, cruelty-free, and presented in genuinely innovative packaging — did not need to be exclusive or expensive. The brand grew steadily through Canadian retail, combining a distinctive sensory identity with a commitment to ingredient transparency and ecological stewardship. In 2008 it was acquired by SC Johnson, passing to South Korean multinational LG Household & Health Care in 2013, a transition that has expanded its distribution capabilities and brought the brand into new international markets, including its parent company's well-developed Korean retail networks. Fruits & Passion's fragrance line is primarily composed for body care and home fragrance contexts — scented lotions, shower gels, room mists, and candles — rather than standalone fine fragrance. It appeals to consumers who value the integration of pleasant, natural-leaning scent into everyday hygiene and home ritual, and continues to operate from its Quebec origins with its founding values intact.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
