Ganache Parfums
Unapologetically gourmand.
Ganache Parfums is a small American niche house dedicated almost entirely to gourmand perfumery — the territory of edible accords, pastry-shop atmospherics and dessert-as-perfume. The brand was launched by perfumer Jarekhye Covarrubias, who built the house around a single conviction: that few categories of fragrance trigger memory and emotion as quickly as something that smells like food. The collection treats gourmand notes seriously rather than as a novelty, working with cocoa, coffee, vanilla, caramel and toasted sugars at concentrations that lean closer to confectionery than to the candy-floss interpretations common in mass perfumery. Releases are unisex, generally extrait or high-EDP strength, and presented in plain apothecary-style flacons. Distribution runs through specialist online retailers in North America and Europe, with a direct-to-consumer storefront serving as the primary sales channel.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
