Hind Al Oud
A scent for every emotion
Hind Al Oud was founded in 2001 in Dubai by Mohamed Hilal, a former Emirates pilot who left aviation to pursue a long-standing interest in oud and traditional Gulf perfumery. The house gives its name to the Mohamed Hilal Group, which now also operates the perfume brands Anfasic Dokhoon and Khaltat alongside a network of boutiques across the Gulf. The range is built around oud, attars and dense oriental compositions presented in heavy decorated bottles that draw on Arabian decorative arts. Recognition came early: in 2004 the Economic Department of Dubai named Hind Al Oud Best Traditional Niche Fragrances, and the brand has since become a recognisable name in Khaleeji perfumery. Distribution is concentrated in the GCC through the group's own boutiques and partner retailers such as Ounass, with limited but growing reach into European and Asian niche specialists.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
