Jeroboam
Extrait-strength perfume for urban nomads.
Jeroboam is a Parisian niche house founded in 2015 by François Hénin and perfumer Vanina Muracciole, built on the premise that extrait de parfum concentration is the only appropriate vehicle for serious modern fragrance. The name alludes to the oversized wine bottle format, a metaphor for intensity and generous expression. Muracciole created the founding collection and remains the primary perfumer, working with dense, skin-forward compositions that reward close wear. Titles such as Oriento, Vespero, Ambra, and Boha explore dark woods, incense, amber, and florals at high concentration, giving them a projecting warmth that lighter formats cannot replicate. The house distributes through selective niche retailers worldwide and has built a devoted following among enthusiasts who prioritize longevity and sillage. Jeroboam is priced at the upper end of the niche tier.
