Krigler
Five generations of heritage perfumery.
Krigler is a heritage perfume house founded in 1904 by Albert Krigler, who opened his first boutique in Saint Petersburg before the family relocated west during the upheavals of the early twentieth century. A New York chapter began in 1931, when his granddaughter opened a perfumery inside The Plaza Hotel — still the brand's spiritual home today. Five generations on, the house is run by great-grandson Ben Krigler and maintains an archive of more than three hundred compositions, many of them tied to specific patrons and decades: New York for Love (1930), America One (1957), Lovely Patchouli (1956). Production remains family-controlled, fragrances are typically released in small batches, and distribution is anchored by Krigler boutiques in New York, Paris, Saint-Tropez and a handful of luxury hotels.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
