Les Parfums du Soleil
Perfumes, gardens, art de vivre et bien-être.
Les Parfums du Soleil is the fragrance line of Abderrazzak Benchaâbane, a Moroccan botanist and ethnobotany professor who became one of his country's most celebrated perfumers following his landmark work restoring the Majorelle Gardens in Marrakech for Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1998. That commission, which produced the Jardin Majorelle fragrance, opened a creative path that led to the launch of his own solar-named collection in 2003, inaugurated by Soir de Marrakech — a fragrance widely regarded as one of the first important Moroccan niche releases. Each composition draws on Benchaâbane's encyclopaedic knowledge of North African botanicals, spice markets, and the aromatic traditions of his home city, producing oriental scents that move through citrus brightness, jasmine and rose hearts, and deep woody or incense bases. The collection is an expression of Moroccan art de vivre — rich, poetic, and inseparable from its sun-drenched landscape.
