Lush / Cosmetics To Go
Lush is a Poole-based cosmetics company founded in 1995 by Mark Constantine, Liz Weir, and colleagues who had previously run Cosmetics To Go, a pioneering mail-order natural beauty brand. Lush built its identity on fresh, handmade products using ethically sourced ingredients, a strong stance against animal testing, and packaging kept deliberately minimal. The fragrance offering includes solid perfumes, dusting powders, and conventional sprays developed in-house by a small team of perfumers. Scents range from earthy florals and earthy herbaceous compositions to bold, unconventional experiments that reflect the brand's irreverent character. Lush remains privately owned and continues to expand its global retail footprint.
