M.INT is an Italian niche house registered in 2012 by Serge Mints and his partner Helen, with its first commercial collection launching in 2016. Mints had spent the late 1990s and 2000s working with established luxury perfumers in Paris before deciding to build a brand under his own name, and the maison's tagline — "that which triggers emotions" — points to its preferred register of intimate, slightly theatrical compositions. Fragrances are composed in collaboration with perfumers from Firmenich and Robertet and produced in France, with packaging and creative direction handled in Italy. The catalogue mixes oud-forward orientals, leathers and white-floral chypres, leaning sensual rather than fresh. It appeals to wearers who want niche concentration without the conceptual austerity of more austere artistic-perfumery houses.
