Margot & Tita
Natural perfumes, made in France.
Margot & Tita is a Bordeaux-based French perfumery launched in 2018 by Julie, who named the company after her two grandmothers and used their contrasting personalities — calm and pastoral on one side, sensual and chic on the other — as the conceptual frame for the line. Production is in France and the formulas commit to at least ninety percent natural ingredients, a positioning the brand has pushed steadily over its short history. The catalog is built around the idea of a personal fragrance wardrobe: a substantial set of eaux de parfum that can be worn alone or layered, with names drawn from the founder's personal vocabulary and accompanied by mix suggestions. Compositions tend toward soft floral, fruity-gourmand and woody-musky territory, presented in lightly decorated frosted-glass flacons. Distribution is largely direct-to-consumer through the brand's site and a growing set of French and European partners.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
