Massimo Dutti
Quiet, tailored fragrances from Inditex's upmarket label.
Massimo Dutti is the upmarket apparel brand of Spanish retailer Inditex, founded in 1985 in Barcelona and acquired by the group in 1991. The fragrance line dates to 1988 and was relaunched in 2018 as a more deliberately curated wardrobe of six pillars — three for men, three for women — under the title The Secret of Scents, sold exclusively through Massimo Dutti's own four hundred stores and online channels in around thirty markets. Production is licensed to Puig, and the perfumer credits read like a tour of contemporary mainstream noses: Alberto Morillas, Ramón Monegal, Grégoire Balleydier and others. The compositions are built to match the brand's tailored, neutral aesthetic — clean leathers, restrained citruses, soft woody-amber bases — rather than to court fragrance enthusiasts. Expect well-made everyday scents at retail prices that undercut the houses they quietly resemble.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
