NadiaZ
Ethical natural perfumery, indigenous materials.
NadiaZ is a Swiss natural perfumery and cosmetics house founded in 2013 by Nadia Zuodar, a physicist, social entrepreneur, and former United Nations field worker whose decade of humanitarian missions across Africa and the globe deepened her relationship with indigenous plants and olfactory cultures. Born in Lausanne of Italian-Tunisian heritage, Zuodar brings to her work a dual inheritance: a scientific rigour from her agronomist father and a love of precious oriental scents from her Tunisian grandmother. Every NadiaZ fragrance is formulated from natural raw materials sourced from indigenous communities around the world, with strict ethical protocols designed to support biodiversity rather than exploit it. The brand carries the Swiss Label certification and won the 2017 Eluxe Award for excellence in sustainable luxury. NadiaZ occupies a rare position in ultra-niche perfumery — a house that is simultaneously a scientific enterprise, an ethical business model, and a deeply personal creative practice, all expressed through exceptional scent.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
