Officine Del Profumo
An olfactory atlas of Italy, in small batches.
Officine del Profumo is the earlier label name under which Andrea Marcoccia released his first compositions from 2006 onward, before the line was reorganised under Marcoccia Profumi. The catalogue under this banner draws on Italian geography directly — Patchouli d'Italia, Fresia di Portofino, Agrumi Mediterranei — and reads more as an olfactory atlas than a fashion-driven brand. The perfumes are unfussy and material-led, leaning on citrus, fig, mimosa, and Mediterranean woods. They are not to be confused with Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, the much older Florentine apothecary; the two share a vocabulary but nothing else. Officine del Profumo remains a small artisanal operation, with most distribution running through Italian and European niche retailers.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
