Okaia
French perfume tied to pop culture and sport.
Okaia was founded in 2020 from the union of MyCoach, a French sports technology startup, and the Robertet group, one of the world's oldest fragrance and flavour manufacturers based in Grasse. The combination gives Okaia an unusual starting position: access to Robertet's centuries of perfumery expertise alongside a network within professional sport and entertainment licensing. The house specialises in limited-edition fragrances built on licence agreements with major sports organisations and entertainment properties — the French Football Federation, the NBA, the French Rugby Federation, the DC Comics universe. Rather than approaching fragrance through olfactive tradition, Okaia constructs scents around the personality, values, and cultural identity of the associated brand or team. Master perfumers at Robertet execute the briefs. Located near Grasse on the Côte d'Azur, Okaia occupies an emerging category: branded collectible fragrance for sports and pop culture fans. The model positions fragrance as merchandise with ambition — a gift object for fans who want something more considered than a standard licensed product, at prices that remain accessible.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
