Olibere
Perfume rooted in the language of cinema.
Olibere was founded in Paris in 2014 by Marjorie Olibere, a creative director whose background in film and visual narrative shaped the house's guiding concept: fragrance as olfactory cinema. Each Olibere fragrance is developed as a scene, a character, or a mood drawn from cinematic tradition — not a literal film reference but an olfactory evocation of the emotional atmosphere that film can create. Olibere works with a roster of serious perfumers including Bertrand Duchaufour, whose credits span Penhaligon's Tralala and L'Artisan Parfumeur, and Luca Maffei and Amélie Bourgeois, both of whom bring their own distinct compositional voices. The result is a catalogue of considerable range and depth: each fragrance has its own visual language, narrative context, and compositional identity. Notable releases include J'Étais Seul and Bois Obscur. Olibere distributes through specialist niche retailers in Europe and the US and maintains an active direct channel, attracting collectors who appreciate the intellectual seriousness and the quality of the collaborative perfumer relationships underpinning each release.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
