Paris Elysees was conceived in 1990 in Saint-Tropez with a direct ambition: to create original, quality fragrances formulated in Grasse — the world capital of perfumery — and sell them at prices accessible to the widest possible audience. All formulas are developed in Grasse by master perfumers working with natural raw materials sourced globally, ensuring genuine French perfumery craft underpins each bottle. Over 30 years the brand has sold more than 500 million bottles across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, India, and China, with global trading operations headquartered in Barcelona. The Le Parfum by PE sub-line extends the same philosophy with slightly elevated positioning. Paris Elysees occupies an unusual and underrated space: genuine Grasse provenance and formulation rigour at mass-market prices, making French fine fragrance accessible where prestige houses cannot go.
