Parle Moi De Parfum
A senior perfumer's work, free of commercial briefs.
Parle Moi de Parfum is the family perfume label founded in Paris in 2016 by Michel Almairac — born in Grasse in 1953 and one of the most celebrated noses of his generation — alongside his sons Benjamin and Romain. After decades composing at Takasago, Drom, and Robertet, and creating celebrated fragrances including Cashmir for Chopard, Chloé, and Gucci Rush, Almairac decided to make perfumes answerable to no brief but his own vision. The Paris flagship on the rue du Bac functions simultaneously as laboratory, boutique, and tasting room — a transparent space where visitors can observe the creative process. Every fragrance the house releases is free of the marketing specifications that govern commercial perfumery; each corresponds solely to Almairac's sense of what a perfect fragrance should be. The result is a body of work that rewards careful attention: technically accomplished, personally felt, and untranslatable into trend-language. Parle Moi de Parfum has earned devoted admirers among fragrance connoisseurs who seek the serious, uncompromised side of niche perfumery.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
