Parli Parfum is a Russian perfumery and cosmetics manufacturer founded in 2009 and based in Kazan. The company operates in the mass and mid-market segments, producing eau de toilette and eau de parfum lines for women, men and children, alongside subsidiary cosmetics and personal-care brands. Its catalogue runs to more than a hundred compositions across collections such as Ma Belle, Shopping Girl, Mission and Versale — typically priced for everyday wear and aimed at supermarket and chain-perfumery distribution across Russia and the CIS. Floral Aramisé won the FIFI Russian Fragrance Awards for Best Fragrance in the mass-market segment in 2015, and exports to the UAE and other markets began in 2017. The house is one of the larger domestic Russian fragrance manufacturers rather than a niche atelier.
