Reine de Saba
Beautiful, powerful and mysterious.
Reine de Saba is a Paris-based heritage-styled niche house founded in 2022 by Habib Al-Sowaidi, a Yemeni-born figure in artistic perfumery whose family grew jasmine and harvested myrrh and frankincense. The brand operates from a boutique at 24 rue Marbeuf, off the Champs-Élysées, and frames its identity around the Queen of Sheba — power, beauty, and a long Yemeni materials lineage that the founder is in a position to claim authentically. The twenty-one-fragrance launch catalog is composed by an unusually senior roster: Dominique Ropion, Sophie Labbé, Nathalie Lorson, Alberto Morillas. Production is in French niche-perfumery laboratories using LMR-grade extractions of the house's signature materials. It is closer in temperament to Amouage's first decade than to most 2020s niche launches — wearers who care about provenance of jasmine and frankincense will find the resources here unusually deep.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
