Retrouvailles
Entry-niche Paris house composed in Grasse on a memory theme.
Retrouvailles takes its name from the French noun for the particular joy of reunion — the moment of meeting someone again after a long absence — and builds its entire catalogue around that premise. Each fragrance is designed to transport the wearer somewhere specific or return them to someone particular, with the Grasse-trained perfumers Hamid Merati-Kashani, Jérôme Epinette, Alexis Dadier, and Philippine Courtière contributing compositions that pursue emotional precision over trend. The house launched in 2019 and has released steadily through 2025, accumulating a library that spans Mediterranean sunlight, wooded interiors, and coastal salt without resorting to the ready-made solutions that make many entry-niche houses interchangeable. Jérôme Epinette, whose prior collaborations include work for Byredo and Olfactive Studio, brings compositional rigour to the project; the result is a small brand with ambitions considerably larger than its footprint suggests, grounded in the conviction that a remembered scent is among the most durable forms of human emotion.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
