Schlossparfumerie Wolff & Sohn Stuttgart
Schlossparfumerie Wolff & Sohn was founded in Stuttgart in 1914 and spent over a century as one of Germany's most respected independent fragrance retailers, eventually growing into a fourth-generation family business at the heart of Königstraße. While its primary identity was as a curated boutique — stocking the full range of niche and luxury perfumery — the house developed its own Signature Line from the early 2000s onward, working with perfumer Jean-Claude Astier to produce original compositions built from high-quality natural essences. The centennial in 2014 was marked with three limited anniversary fragrances. At its close in July 2020, Schlossparfumerie had maintained for over a hundred years the conviction that fragrance deserves the same knowledgeable, unhurried retail experience as any other fine art. Its own-label creations remain a modest but genuine contribution to the German niche perfumery canon.
