Une Nuit Nomade
Niche fragrances built from the geography of travel.
Une Nuit Nomade is a French niche fragrance house founded in 2015 by Alexandra Cubizolles, who brings a background in biology and the music industry, and Philippe Solas, whose interests span marketing and Chinese healing traditions. The pair built their house on a clear philosophical commitment: fragrance as the purest form of travel, capable of transporting the wearer to a specific geography without displacement. Each release maps a real or imagined landscape — Moroccan gardens, Omani cliffs, a remembered hotel room — and commissions its composition from a roster of serious perfumers including Annick Menardo, Nathalie Feisthauer, and Jérôme di Marino. The resulting catalogue is unusually coherent: every fragrance is a postcard from somewhere, the olfactory equivalent of a soulful travel memoir.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
