V Canto
Medieval Italy in extrait strength.
V Canto is the third label from the Terenzi family of Cattolica, Italy, alongside Cereria Terenzi and Tiziana Terenzi, founded by siblings Tiziana and Paolo Terenzi with their first release Mastin in 2015. The house draws openly on the Terenzis' centuries-long association with the medieval Castle of Gradara, and uses Dante's Divine Comedy as a kind of conceptual godfather across the line. Paolo Terenzi composes the perfumes, building extrait-strength compositions around heavy resins, leather, animalic notes, and dramatic florals — Magnificat, Mirabile, Mea Culpa, Ricina — that lean into religious, courtly, and operatic imagery. Bottles are weighty and ceremonial, distribution runs through high-end niche retail in Europe and the Gulf, and the brand sits firmly in the upper-niche tier alongside its Tiziana Terenzi sibling.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
