YANI
Persian heritage through niche perfumery.
YANI was founded in 2010 by Amir Hossein Attariani as a bridge between Iran's millennia-old perfumery tradition and the contemporary European niche market. The house commissions internationally respected perfumers — including Hamid Merati-Kashani and Céline Ripert — to create compositions that interpret Persian olfactory heritage: rose de Taif, saffron, oud, ambergris, and the cool elegance of Iranian floriculture. YANI's releases are polished and conceptually coherent, designed to travel beyond the domestic market and compete on quality with established Western niche houses. Founding a credible niche house in Iran required navigating complex distribution constraints, yet the brand has achieved recognition on Fragrantica and in specialist fragrance communities internationally. The house demonstrates that fine Persian perfumery has a voice in the global niche conversation.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
