Zimaya
Hand-blended Emirati perfumery, accessibly priced.
Zimaya is a UAE-based perfume brand established in 2023 by Imran Fazlani, presented as a more refined sibling to the established Dubai mass-niche houses such as Lattafa. The line is hand-blended in the Emirates and built around the regional vocabulary of oud, amber, saffron, rose and resin, alongside more contemporary gourmand and fruity pillars aimed at younger Gulf and international wearers. The catalogue is unusually broad for a young house, organised into named collections such as Charisma, Tiramisu, Mazaaj, Itqan and the more ambitious Reserved and Anhaar lines for collectors. Across more than a hundred references the consistent goal is dense, long-projecting Arabic perfumery at price points well below European niche, distributed through a mixture of regional retailers, specialist online sellers and the brand's own boutiques. It suits buyers looking for the warmth and tenacity of Khaleeji-style perfumery without crossing into ultra-niche territory.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
