By the editors · 2 min readBorn Original for Her takes a soft route into adidas's women's catalogue. Apricot and bergamot make a low-key, almost blanched citrus opening, more pulp than zest. The heart trades the brand's usual aquatic for coconut and a clean white jasmine — creamy without going tropical.
Underneath, tonka bean and cedar give a faint warmth that holds the coconut-jasmine in the foreground. The whole composition is gentle and slightly powdery, designed to read approachable rather than statement. Wear time is moderate, projection modest — close to a body lotion in feel. Best worn in spring and warmer months, where the apricot stays fresh and the cedar keeps the dry-down from going syrupy.
