As it settles, lavender and saffron dominate the middle stretch, creating a peculiar tension between herbal freshness and leathery warmth. Vetiver adds an earthy bitterness that keeps the composition from turning too clean or soapy. The florals recede almost entirely, leaving something closer to a spiced aromatic fougère.
The base leans heavily on ambroxan, producing that familiar skin-like radiance common in modern masculines. Cedar and patchouli provide structure without much personality, while labdanum adds a touch of resinous darkness. It's clearly engineered for longevity and projection—an approachable evening scent for someone wanting presence without alienating a room.
