By the editors · 2 min readThe cologne opens with a bright, citrus snap—bergamot so crisp it feels like cracking open a clay pot of tea leaves in the morning sun. But beneath that sharpness, something darker is already stirring.

As it settles, the heart reveals a peculiar tension: soft white jasmine threading through the smoky bitterness of oolong and the mineral warmth of leather. It's neither floral nor leathery in any conventional sense, more like pressing your face against a leather jacket left to air in a jasmine garden, or the steam rising from a cup of tea placed on an old wooden desk. The guaiac wood in the base adds a pencil-shaving dryness, grounding the composition without sweetening it.

This is fragrance as meditation rather than statement—angular, restrained, oddly compelling. It suits those who prefer their warmth cerebral rather than cozy.
