The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 10 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readSlip Into Daring starts with a ripe, juicy trio of nectarine, quince, and pear — orchard-bright and clean. The heart shifts into an unexpected direction: orchid lends an airy, waxy quality, peony adds softness, and jasmine a low-pitched floral richness. Leather in the base draws everything toward something intentionally grown-up, cut with vanilla and sandalwood that mellow its edge.
The contrast between the sweet orchard opening and the dry leather base is the structural point — this is Avon reaching toward a more complex feminine rather than simply pleasant. Best in the evening or cooler months when the leather reads as warmth rather than hardness.
