Azzaro Sport
Grapefruit and bergamot open the bottle — a familiar bright-citrus start — but ginger arrives in the first minute and gives the opening a peppery snap that most sport flankers skip.

By the editors · 2 min readGrapefruit and bergamot open the bottle — a familiar bright-citrus start — but ginger arrives in the first minute and gives the opening a peppery snap that most sport flankers skip. Lavender and clary sage build the heart along herbaceous-fougère lines without going barbershop; the sage stays leafy rather than camphorous.
The base is where Sport finds its character: tonka softens everything into a creamy hum, sandalwood adds light woodiness, and amber-musk fills in the edges. It's a workout-and-after fragrance with enough drydown warmth to wear past the locker room. Projection is moderate for the first two hours, then it settles close. The composition reads designed-by-committee, but the ginger keeps it from feeling forgettable.
