By the editors · 2 min readPure Wonder is a study in restraint — a short list of notes that works precisely because it doesn't overreach. The opening is rose in two registers: a standard floral rose and an iced version that reads slightly damp and cool, like rose water with a mineral edge. The temperature contrast is subtle but distinct, keeping the top from reading as purely pink.
Star jasmine in the heart is softer than common jasmine, with a lighter, more transparent quality that prevents the fragrance from becoming powdery. The base is white amber — warming without weight, adding a quiet diffuse glow rather than a resinous plume.
This is a skin-close, uncomplicated fragrance: rosy and clean, suited to occasions that ask for quiet presence rather than projection. Straightforward and genuinely wearable.
