The black currant heart adds a slightly bitter green fruit tang that keeps the citrus from turning sugary, while sandalwood and cedar build a dry woody scaffold underneath. As the heart settles, vetiver sharpens the edges with a smoky grass facet, and incense drifts in as a quiet resinous haze that muffles the earlier sparkle without adding sweetness. The dry-down is mostly sandalwood cleaned by musk, projecting a soft cedar-incense skin that lingers close to skin for several hours. Projection stays office-polite; works best in warm weather and casual daytime settings where its crisp citrus-wood dialogue won’t compete with heavy surroundings.
