By the editors · 2 min readThe One for Men Intense is built around a recurring neroli note that appears in every layer, creating a diffusive citrus-floral thread through the composition from opening to drydown rather than disappearing after the top notes. Cardamom opens alongside it with warm spice. The heart brings benzoin and cashmeran's smooth, woody warmth alongside clary sage's herbal-tea quality — together they give the neroli depth it otherwise wouldn't have.
Leather and labdanum in the base push the fragrance in a darker, more resinous direction, with patchouli adding earthiness. The result is a more layered, serious proposition than the original EDT — same lineage, but unhurried.
