By the editors · 2 min readWithout a top stage, the composition opens directly on its heart: leather and rose. The leather is supple and slightly powdery rather than tarry, the rose carrying a darker red-velvet character that complements the hide.
The middle holds firmly in this leather-rose territory, with no green or citrus to lighten it. The effect is plush and slightly retro, in the lipstick-and-handbag tradition, with a quiet animalic warmth threading through.
Tonka bean, vanilla, and musk close the base soft and warm, vanilla smoothing the leather into something approachable, musk adding a skin-close finish. The overall character is a powdery rose-leather with a sweet-musky floor — projects steadily early, settles close after a few hours. Suits cool weather and evenings.
